About the Role: Penshurst RSL Club is seeking a reliable, experienced, and passionate Full-Time Western Chef / Cook to join our busy kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, cook, and present quality Western-style meals efficiently during service hours. • Maintain strict kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP compliant). • Assist with daily prep, stock organization, and inventory control. • Work productively alongside kitchen and floor staff in a team setting. Requirements: • Proven commercial cookery experience in a Western kitchen / bistro setting. • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak meal periods. • Strong communication skills and reliable work ethic. • Full working rights in Australia.
