What You'll Be Doing

As part of our warehouse team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately, efficiently and with care.




- Receiving and processing incoming stock, including checking deliveries and putting products away.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping stock organised in designated warehouse locations.
- Preparing and dispatching orders to meet daily deadlines and productivity targets.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
- Supporting your teammates across different warehouse tasks as operational priorities change.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures and contributing to a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- The physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including standing, walking and safely lifting and moving stock.
- Confidence learning new warehouse systems, software and technology.




- Flexibility to assist across different warehouse functions when required.

Bonus Skills & Qualifications (Desirable, Not Essential)

- Previous experience in warehousing, picking, packing or dispatch.
- A current forklift licence (LF).
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
