Orra Digital is a marketing strategy consultancy built on consumer psychology: why people trust, choose and buy. We work with founder-led businesses that already have something great and want it to reach the people it’s meant for.

I’m looking for a senior cold email specialist to run outbound for Orra and fill my calendar with the right conversations.

What you’ll do

- Build targeted lead lists of founder-led businesses that match our ideal client profile
- Research each lead properly. This isn’t spray-and-pray. Every email should feel like it was written for one person.
- Write and send personalised outreach in Orra’s voice: warm, admiring and confident, never “here’s what’s broken with your business”
- Set up and manage sending infrastructure, warm-up and deliverability
- Handle follow-ups and replies, and book qualified leads into a call with me
- Track activity in a shared spreadsheet and send a short weekly update

What counts as a qualified call

- The business has annual revenue of AUD 1 million or more
- The person on the call is a founder, owner or decision-maker
- They’re in a position to invest in a high-ticket strategy engagement
- They attend the call

You’re right for this if you have

- 3+ years running cold email for agencies,



consultants or high-ticket B2B offers
- Proven results you can show: reply rates, booked calls, and ideally revenue generated
- Solid deliverability knowledge (domains, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm-up, sending limits)
- Excellent written English and the ability to write in a brand’s voice.
- Comfort with research-heavy, high-quality outreach

How you’re paid

- AUD 100 per qualified call attended, paid monthly
- AUD 500 for every lead you introduce who signs on as a client, paid once funds have cleared
- For the first two months, paid calls are capped at five per month while we set up and calibrate. We review it after that, with room to grow.

This is a contractor role, paid on invoice. It’s a long-term opportunity for the right person, with room to grow volume and the partnership as results come in.
