Head Chef - Modern Breakfast & Italian Lunches/Tapas

We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen, specialising in modern cafe breakfast's and having experience with cooking authentic traditional Italian Food.

You will

- Develop and execute a creative contemporary style breakfast menu
- Develop and execute a creative modern Italian Lunch/Tapas menu
- Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- Manage Stock, ordering and cost control
- Uphold cleanliness, compliance and food safety standards
- Implement Rosters
- Develop and execute seasonal menus and weekly specials

You need to demonstrate

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or a senior role in breakfast and Italian cooking
- Strong Leadership,



organisation and communication skills
- Can run a busy kitchen smoothly especially on the weekends and peak times
- Passion for Food, seasonal produce and menu innovation with being aware of current trends

You must

- Work closely with Mangement however run the kitchen like its your own business
- Be available for weekday, weekend work, catering and functions and Friday evenings
- Enjoy working with people, be friendly and have fun

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
