`We are seeking one dedicated, compassionate and reliable NDIS Support Worker to assist one of our clients living in Ballarat. Work will be one-on-one with our clients to provide assistance with community participation, daily living support and light cleaning. Previous Support Work experience and relevant qualifications as well as experience with ASD and OCD are preferred but not required.

Ability to attend shifts every week is a requirement.

Regular weekly shifts that are available:

Tuesday 11:00am - 1:30pm

Wednesday 9:00am - 12:00pm

Thursday 12:30pm - 3:30pm

Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm

Duties:

- Domestic assistance (cooking/baking and cleaning)
- Community participation
- Assistance with meal planning
- Transportation
- Assistance with completing home exercises
- Appropriate documentation and completion of shift notes




- Supporting client to become more independent and achieve their goals

Requirements:

- Victorian drivers license and vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Rights to work in Australia

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $37.00 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.5 – 12.0 per week
