About the Role

Levate Life Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable, friendly and responsible male NDIS Support Worker to provide community access support to a client.

This role is strictly focused on community access, assisting the client to attend appointments, go shopping, participate in social activities and access the community.

An Arabic-speaking support worker is preferred to assist with communication and make the client feel comfortable.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide community access and social support.
- Assist the client with shopping and errands.
- Accompany the client to appointments and community activities.
- Support participation in social and recreational activities.
- Encourage independence, confidence and community involvement.
- Ensure the client's safety and wellbeing during outings.
- Maintain accurate shift notes and documentation.

Essential Requirements

- Male support worker.




- Must have a reliable car and a current driver's licence.
- Previous experience in disability support is preferred.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- ABN (independent contractor arrangement).
- Reliable, punctual and qualified.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

- Arabic-speaking.
- Experience providing NDIS community access support.
- Understanding of person-centred support and the NDIS.

Availability: Monday to Saturday
