Southwest Wellness Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic psychology team on a full-time basis, stepping into a leadership role that involves mentoring, guiding, and supporting a small team of psychologists.

About the Role

This rewarding and varied position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients alongside a supportive team of registered and provisional psychologists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, dietitians, and exercise physiologists.

In addition to clinical work, you will take on a team leader role within the psychology department, providing:

- Mentorship and supervision to a small team of registered and provisional psychologists
- Guidance and support in case formulation, treatment planning, and professional development
- Leadership in fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth‑focused team culture
- Contribution to service development, quality improvement, and best‑practice initiatives

This role is ideal for a Clinical Psychologist who enjoys supporting others, shaping clinical practice, and contributing to a thriving team environment.

What We Offer





- Salary range of $155,000–$170,000 + super, dependent on experience and qualifications

Requirements

- AHPRA registration as a Clinical Psychologist
- Experience or strong interest in leadership, supervision, or mentoring
- Drive, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping people
- Enjoyment of working in a private practice setting
- Driver’s license and own car
- WWCC, NDIS Workers Clearance, Police Check
