You’ll work primarily from our established clinics within aquatic and leisure centres, with access to commercial rehabilitation gyms, hydrotherapy pools and private consultation rooms.

You’ll have the independence to manage your caseload, experienced clinicians to collaborate with and a dedicated operations team supporting your day-to-day work.

The Role

As a Physiotherapist at Healthstin, you’ll deliver individualised,



evidence-based rehabilitation programs across a broad range of clinical presentations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting clinical assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Delivering gym-based exercise rehabilitation and hydrotherapy.
- Supporting clients with neurological, musculoskeletal and chronic health conditions.
- Working with NDIS participants, older Australians, veterans and injured workers.
- Collaborating with Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Managing your caseload and building strong, long-term client relationships.

Our clinics combine private consultation rooms, commercial rehabilitation gyms and hydrotherapy pools, allowing you to deliver assessments and rehabilitation within the same facility.

You’ll also have the support of two dedicated teams.

Clinical support: Access experienced Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists for case discussions, mentoring, professional development and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Operations support: Our dedicated team assists with client bookings, rebooking, scheduling, referrals and administration, allowing you to focus more of your time on clinical care.

We value clinical independence while ensuring support is available when you need it.

About You





We’re looking for a Physiotherapist who takes pride in delivering quality care, enjoys working with people and values being part of a collaborative team.

You’ll bring:

- Active AHPRA registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- The ability to manage clients independently, with support available when required.
- An interest in working across varied clinical presentations.
- A positive, collaborative approach to client care and teamwork.

Experience in private practice, neurological rehabilitation, disability, aged care or hydrotherapy will be highly regarded but isn’t essential.
