About the Head Waiter Role:
As our Head Waiter, you will ensure a smooth service and guest satisfaction in every shift - maintaining our high standards and creating memorable moments for our guests.
We’re looking for a Experienced Waiter who:
- Has 5 years + of solid experience in fine dining or casual fine dining service.
- Delivers exceptional customer service with great energy and professionalism.
- Is confident in menu and beverage knowledge and can expertly guide guests.
Position Details: Casual 15 hrs a week (more hours available for right candidate)
- Friday and Saturday 5:30pm to 10pm and Sunday 12pm to 8pm
What you’ll do:
- Provide expert advice and service to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
- Ensure service standards and sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.
