We are a small, family-owned early learning company, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Preschool Educator to join our team at our Wyoming centre.

We want someone who genuinely loves working with preschool-aged children, brings fresh ideas to the learning environment and understands the importance of making every day meaningful.

Your responsibilities

- Plan, implement and evaluate a high-quality educational program guided by the EYLF.
- Observe, document and assess children's learning and development.
- Use children's voices, interests and emerging skills to inform curriculum decisions.
- Create engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
- Build respectful and collaborative relationships with families and colleagues.




- Support children's daily routines, wellbeing, hygiene and mealtimes.
- Contribute to critical reflection and ongoing quality improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with centre policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support and encourage fellow educators and contribute positively to the room's daily operations.

About You – Qualifications and Requirements

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current Child Protection Training.
- Current Child Safety Training – Modules 1 and 2.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Previous experience working within a preschool environment is highly regarded.
