About the Role

Passion Lash & Brow is looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team in Mount Hawthorn.This role combines front desk duties with social media support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, beauty and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and provide excellent customer service- Answer phone calls, messages and booking enquiries

- Manage appointments, online bookings and payments

- Assist with daily salon administration

- Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok- Take photos and short videos of beauty treatments

- Write simple captions and help promote salon services and special offers

About You

- Friendly, qualified and reliable

- Good communication and organisational skills

- Comfortable using computers and social media





- Interested in beauty, content creation and digital marketing

- Confident taking photos and videos using a smartphone

- Basic Canva or CapCut skills are an advantage

Previous receptionist or social media experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
