Are you a passionate, confident and motivated Early Childhood Educator ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?

Barefoot Explorers is looking for an enthusiastic Responsible Person / Room Leader to lead our 3–5 year preschool room and become a valued member of our team!

About the Role

We are seeking someone who:

- Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an Early Childhood Teaching qualification (ECT) or working towards.
- Holds a current first aid and CPR certificate or willing to obtain.
- Holds an up to date CHCPRT025- Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk
- All Geccko training up to date
- Is confident leading, mentoring and supporting a team of educators.
- Has strong communication and organisational skills.
- Is passionate about creating engaging, meaningful and play-based learning experiences.
- Has a sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS and regulatory requirements.




- Can confidently take on Responsible Person duties and support the daily operations of the service.
- Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Brings a positive, proactive and collaborative approach to leadership.
