Our Early Years Sports Program Manager role provides ambitious, self-motivated individuals with an opportunity to develop within a rapid moving industry.

The role is suitable for organised, highly professional individuals who have the ability to gain a full understanding of our companies philosophies and put it into practise within your region.

Primarily, the role will involve organsining and overseeing a range of sporting programs for pre school aged children.

The role requires the ability to cover many different aspects including:

The role

- Set up and grow Little X programs in childcare centres
- Launch and run Little X Hubs and weekend mini leagues
- Coach Little X sessions and some of our after-school programs




- Recruit and support a small team of coaches

You'll need

- Experience coaching or teaching children aged 2–7
- Confidence pitching to centre directors, by phone and in person
- Weekday-morning availability, plus some afternoons and weekends
- Working With Children Check, first aid and your own car

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
