Male Disability Support Worker – North Gosford, NSW
Vitium Cura Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Male Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing 1:1 support to a young male NDIS participant.
Location: North Gosford, NSW 2250
Schedule: Every Wednesday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Hours: 3 hours weekly (ongoing)
Employment Type: Casual
About the Role
- Support a child with autism, ADHD and complex behavioural needs.
- Assist with daily living, emotional regulation and social development.
- Encourage outdoor activities and community participation.
- Provide positive male role modelling and consistent support.
- Follow behaviour support strategies and maintain accurate shift notes.
Requirements
- Experience supporting children with autism and behaviours of concern.
- Understanding of positive behaviour support and sensory needs.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (where required).
- NSW Working With Children Check.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Commitment to ongoing Wednesday shifts.
