Sushi on Fire in Camden is a friendly, steady-paced sushi restaurant dedicated to serving fresh, delicious food with welcoming customer service. We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Dishwasher / All-Rounder to join our team for regular end-of-week and weekend shifts.

This role offers a manageable, steady work pace rather than an extreme rush, making it perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks across the back and front of house.

- Days: Thursday to Sunday
- Hours: Day & Night
- Job Type: Casual / Part-Time

What You'll Do

- Dishwashing & Lids: Operate the commercial dishwasher to clean and dry sushi plates, sushi lids, bowls, and general kitchen utensils.
- Table Clearing (Floor Support): Step out to the dining area when needed to help clear empty plates, wipe down tables, and keep the customer dining space clean and tidy.
- Deep Fryer (Kitchen Support): Assist the kitchen team by managing the deep fryer and preparing hot fried items as orders come in.
- Restocking & Organization: Ensure all clean plates, lids, and utensils are promptly returned to the kitchen and sushi line.
- General Maintenance: Keep your workstation clean, manage waste bins, and help with basic end-of-shift cleaning.

Consistently available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Versatility: Happy to move between washing dishes, helping in the kitchen, and stepping out to the floor to transparent tables.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working at a steady, consistent pace without getting overwhelmed.
- Team Focus: A positive attitude and willingness to help out wherever the team needs support.
- Experience: No heavy experience is required—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn! (Previous kitchen hand or floor experience is a bonus).
