At Char'd, every chicken is marinated for 48 hours, cooked over real charcoal, and nothing sits longer than 15 minutes. That standard needs a sharp kitchen. Our Belfield store is flat out and we're growing the kitchen team.

What you'll do

- Cook burgers, wraps, tenders and sides to order

- Prep salads, sauces and the fresh stuff every day

- Keep dishes, trays and benches moving so the line never waits

- Keep the kitchen clean and to food-safety standard
