With plenty of new restaurants, refurbishments and exciting projects ahead, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Network Development team and help bring our next chapter to life.

This is a excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects from planning and design through to construction and opening, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders along the way.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing new restaurant builds, renovations and defits from initial planning through to completion.
- Developing project plans, budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and within agreed costs.
- Managing tender processes, contractor selection and performance to ensure work meets agreed expectations.
- Reviewing architectural drawings and project documentation to ensure designs align with Schnitz brand standards and project requirements.
- Working closely with Franchise Partners, landlords, architects, builders, councils and internal teams to keep projects moving.
- Monitoring project milestones, identifying potential risks and resolving issues relating to timelines, budgets and construction.
- Conducting regular site inspections throughout construction and after completion, ensuring quality standards are met and defects are addressed.
- Supporting equipment rollouts,



refurbishment projects and other initiatives that support our growing restaurant network.
- Ensuring all projects meet relevant building, council, landlord and regulatory requirements.

About You

- A qualification in Project Management, with Architecture or Interior Design qualifications highly regarded.
- At least 3 years' experience managing retail projects, ideally within hospitality, QSR or a multi-site environment.
- The ability to interpret architectural drawings and understand the design and construction process.
- An understanding of the retail project lifecycle, from leasing and design through to construction and opening.
- A personable and proactive approach, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
