About the Role: Diploma-Qualified Educators
We’re looking for passionate, hard-working Diploma-qualified educators to join us in multiple rooms across our center. Whether you have a preference for infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children, we have opportunities for you to make a difference in the lives of children at every stage.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with our team and Centre Manager to create a positive, engaging, and stimulating learning environment tailored to each age group. What We Offer:
- Family-Owned Values: A welcoming, inclusive environment with a community-focused culture.
- Experienced Leadership: A dedicated Centre Manager who provides support and guidance, helping each team member to thrive.
- Growth Opportunities: Professional development and training to help you continue growing in your career.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Job-sharing, float roles, and other adaptable options to support your work-life balance.
What We’re Looking For:
- An experienced team member to fulfil the role of a room leader
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards completion).
- A team player with a positive, growth-oriented mindset and a love of learning.
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- A creative, adaptable approach to teaching that celebrates individuality and “outside-the-box” thinking.
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Pay: $26.63 – $35.00 per hour
