About us
Aino is a growing startup working across two businesses: Aino Energy, which delivers commercial battery storage and energy solutions, and Aino Digital Media, which provides digital LED screen solutions through both sales and rental services. We’re a small team with big plans, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The role
Reporting to our Head of Solutions, you’ll play a hands-on part in growing sales across both businesses. You’ll be out meeting clients, understanding what they need and helping turn conversations into projects. No two days will look the same.

What you’ll do

- Drive sales by finding, following up and converting new business opportunities
- Get out into the market to network, build relationships and generate your own leads
- Meet clients face to face to understand their needs and present Aino’s solutions
- Carry out pre-sales checks at client sites, gathering the information needed to scope and quote accurately
- Work closely with the Head of Solutions on proposals, pricing and client follow-up
- Keep client records, notes and pipeline up to date
- Learn our products inside out, from commercial battery systems to digital LED screens for sale and rental





What we’re looking for

- Some sales experience, in any industry
- The ability to work independently, getting out on your own to network and find recent sales opportunities
- A genuine willingness to learn, since we’ll teach you the technical side
- Strong attention to detail, especially on site and in quotes
- The confidence to use your own judgement
- Comfortable talking with business owners and decision-makers
- A valid driver’s licence and your own car, as the role involves regular client and site visits
