Female Support Workers Needed – Farsi Speakers Encouraged to Apply

We are seeking reliable and caring Support Workers to join our team. Female candidates who speak Farsi are strongly preferred (as per client's preference).

What we need:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- WWCC (if required)
- Right to work in Australia
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificates
- Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services
- Previous support work experience
- Manual handling and medication experience (highly regarded)
- Farsi language skills preferred

Main responsibilities: may include providing personal care and daily living support,



assisting with medication administration where applicable, supporting with manual handling, hoist transfers and mobility, helping with domestic assistance and light household duties, facilitating community access and social support, assisting with daily activities and individual goals, and delivering protected, respectful, and person-centred care.
