Bull & Bush Hotel – Baulkham Hills, NSW

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum + Superannuation

Bull & Bush Hotel, located in Baulkham Hills, is seeking passionate, skilled and motivated Chefs and Cooks to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for reliable hospitality professionals who take pride in preparing quality food, maintaining high kitchen standards and working effectively in a busy hotel environment.

We offer an exciting opportunity to become part of an established hospitality team with a strong focus on food quality, consistency and customer satisfaction.

Positions Available

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook and present meals in accordance with the hotel’s menu and quality standards.
- Assist with menu planning, food preparation and development of daily specials.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control and presentation.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and minimise food wastage.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.
- Assist with preparation and service during busy lunch and dinner periods.




- Ensure all meals are prepared and delivered within required service times.

Skills and Experience

- Relevant commercial cookery qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, hotel, pub or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
