Premium Home Care Services is seeking a reliable, confident and experienced Support Worker to join our team.
We are looking for someone with strong practical experience in complex support needs, who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Essential Requirements & Experience:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience with catheter care.
- Experience with hoist transfers and manual handling.
- Confident supporting clients with complex care needs.
- Strong understanding of person-centred care and individual support plans.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Availability Requirements:
- Available across all 7 days of the week.
- Adaptable and willing to work night shifts.
- Available for shifts finishing no later than 9:00 pm.
