Bimbadeen Pre-School is a community-based kindergarten over seen by a volunteer committee of management. An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Early Childhood Educator (Cert III) in our Three-year-old Red Group from Term 1, 2027.

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated **Certificate III Educator** to join our wonderful team in our **Three-Year-Old Red Group**. The person will assist in the development and delivery of a high-quality, developmentally appropriate educational program for children attending the Three-Year-Old Red Group. The program will be developed in consultation with the Committee of Management, families and the Early Childhood Teacher responsible for the program. It will reflect the individual needs, interests and developmental stages of the children, while remaining responsive to the needs of the wider community.



The person will work collaboratively as part of a small team to create a safe, inclusive, nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports each child's learning, development and wellbeing. Bimbadeen Preschool is committed to providing a child-safe environment and follows the Victorian Child Safe Standards**.**

All staff are expected to understand, uphold and actively implement these standards in their daily practices, ensuring the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children. The person will promote a culture of child safety where children feel protected, respected, valued and supported. They will follow the preschool's Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy, Code of Conduct and all relevant policies and procedures, including recognising, responding to and reporting any concerns relating to child safety. All staff share the responsibility of maintaining a child-safe environment and ensuring that the safety and wellbeing of children remain a priority in all decisions and practices.

Contact time Wednesday 8:30-4:30, Friday 8:30-4:30. Non-contact time 4 hours

Pay: $28.71 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19.0 per week
