Rovara Cleaning Services is a professional, well-established local cleaning business with 9 years of experience operating across Melbourne’s western suburbs. We specialise in high-standard general residential cleaning and end-of-lease vacate cleaning for regular clients and real estate properties.

We currently have consistent, ongoing work available and are seeking experienced, reliable cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team.

This is a genuine subcontractor arrangement — NOT employee employment.

Role Overview

You will be completing general home cleans, routine maintenance cleans, and full vacate bond cleans across western suburban properties. All jobs follow our structured checklists to ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction.

Key Duties

- Full general house cleaning including dusting, wiping, surface cleaning and sanitising

- Complete bathroom and kitchen detailed deep cleaning

​

- Mopping, vacuuming, window sill cleaning and full property tidying

​

- Rubbish removal and general property sanitisation

​

- Follow company cleaning standards and job checklists

​

- Take clear before and after photos for client records

​

- Maintain professional appearance and polite communication with clients

​





- Follow all WHS safety guidelines when handling cleaning products

Mandatory Requirements (MUST HAVE ALL)

- Active valid ABN (MANDATORY)

- Proven experience in residential general cleaning and vacate cleaning (NO BEGINNERS)

​

- Own reliable car + full valid Australian driver licence

​

- Must own vacuum cleaner, mopping bucket and all basic cleaning tools

​

- Current National Police Check / Police Certificate

​

- Full Australian working rights

​

- Punctual, consistent and highly reliable

​

- Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards

​

- Able to work independently and manage own job time efficiently

​

- Flexible availability for weekdays and occasional weekend work

Important Subcontractor Information

- Strictly ABN subcontractor only, no employment contract, no super, no leave benefits

- You are fully responsible for your own tax, GST, insurance and super contributions

- This is a contract service arrangement, not employment
