Casual Event Crew — Weddings & Events | Hornsby, Sydney

We're a Sydney-based event styling company — 23 years in, 15,000+ events delivered. We install drapes, backdrops, fairy lights, dance floors, and rigging across Sydney, Hunter Valley, and occasionally Canberra.

We need 1–2 reliable people for the current season.

What the work looks like

Bump in and bump out. You'll be loading vans, setting up décor, packing it back down, and keeping the warehouse tidy between jobs. Physical work. Early starts, late finishes, and mostly weekends (Fri–Sun).

No two events are the same venue or setup — you'll be on your feet and problem-solving on the day.

What you need

- Available weekends — non-negotiable
- Physically fit and comfortable on your feet for hours
- Reliable — if you say you'll be there, you're there
- White card (or willing to get one before starting)




- EWP or rigging cert is a bonus, not required
- Own transport preferred (Hornsby-based)

What you get

- 3-hour minimum call per shift
