Milton

Over 30 years, Jumbo Interactive Limited (JIN) has grown from a single computer-operated business to a global, ASX-listed digital lottery technology business operating across Australia, the UK, Canada, and the USA. We partner with thousands of good causes worldwide and have helped raise over $290 million in FY26 alone.

We build the platforms and products that power lottery and not-for-profit fundraising at scale. Our business brings together Lottery Retailing, Business-to-Consumer lottery products, Lottery Solutions and Managed Services, operating across multiple markets and regulatory environments.

As we continue to grow internationally, the Talent Acquisition Manager owns how we hire across the Group. You'll run recruitment end-to-end in Australia, partner with our business leaders in the UK, Canada and the US on senior and business-critical hires, and continue to shape how Jumbo attracts talent. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with real autonomy.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Chief People Officer and sitting within the People & Culture team, you'll be the person who makes hiring happen across the JIN Group.

This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role. You'll do the work yourself: brief hiring managers, source directly, run interviews, close offers, and keep candidates well looked after. In Australia, you'll provide end-to-end recruitment. Across the UK, Canada and the US, you'll partner with business unit leads to hire the senior and business-critical roles that shape those businesses.

You'll also own the Group's Talent Acquisition framework and systems. With the support of the Chief People Officer, you'll set the tone and direction for how we recruit across every market, from process and tools to reporting and agency spend. Right now, that includes leading an open project to review Jumbo's employer brand.

You'll work in a modern tech stack that includes Teamtailor (ATS), the full Metaview platform, LinkedIn Recruiter and Hiring Assistant, Checkmate (pre-employment checks), and HiBob (HRIS), along with your choice of AI tool, such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Because you'll work with teams across four countries, some weeks will call for early mornings or later evenings. You'll need to be comfortable flexing your working hours to suit different time zones.
