We’re looking for a friendly, experienced team member who loves hospitality and knows how to make customers feel welcome—even in the middle of a busy service.
Our burger shop gets busy, so you’ll need to think on your feet, stay calm under pressure and work closely with the team to keep things running smoothly. Above all, you’ll bring a positive attitude and consistently great customer service.
What you’ll do
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take orders accurately, process payments and answer menu questions.
- Help prepare and pack orders, checking they’re correct before handing them over.
- Keep customers informed during busy periods and handle concerns calmly and respectfully.
- Keep the service area clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
- Support your teammates and follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
What we’re looking for
- Previous customer service and hospitality experience.
- A warm, approachable manner and clear communication skills.
- The ability to handle a fast pace and competing priorities while giving customers your full attention.
- A reliable team player who takes initiative and pays attention to detail.
- Someone who stays qualified, patient and helpful when the pressure is on.
- Must be available Friday-sat-sun evening. More hours available for the right candidate.
