We're looking for a passionate Field Trainer to join our Capability team. This hands-on role will see you working across our restaurant network, coaching and developing our Franchise Partners, Restaurant Managers and teams.

You'll help build stronger leaders, lift training standards and support new restaurant openings, making sure our teams have the skills and confidence to deliver a great Schnitz experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build robust relationships with Franchise Partners and restaurant leaders, becoming a trusted source of training, coaching and support.
- Visit restaurants across your allocated region, identifying opportunities to improve team capability, operational standards and the guest experience.
- Deliver hands-on coaching to Restaurant Managers and Team Members.
- Develop and strengthen leadership capability, helping managers build confidence in coaching, communication, accountability and managing their teams.
- Identify training gaps and develop practical training plans to help restaurants improve performance and consistency.
- Support new restaurant openings across the network, including closed-door training, opening support and helping new teams settle into their roles.
- Deliver training for new menus, equipment, systems and operational changes, ensuring teams understand what's changing and how to put it into practice.
- Work closely with our Head of Capability, National Field Training Manager and Regional Operations Managers to share feedback, identify opportunities and improve how we train and develop our people.

About You





- Previous experience in a restaurant leadership, training or multi-site operations role, ideally within QSR, hospitality or a fast-paced service environment.
- A genuine passion for developing people and helping others reach their potential.
- Strong operational knowledge across front of house, back of house, food safety and customer service.
- Experience coaching and developing Restaurant Managers, Team Leaders and restaurant teams.
- The ability to identify capability gaps and turn them into practical training and development opportunities.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to demonstrate best practice in a real restaurant environment.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage your time across multiple restaurants and competing priorities.
- Flexibility to travel within your allocated region and support interstate new restaurant openings when required.
