We're looking for experienced Sales Managers to join our growing Bakers Delight team, with opportunities available across multiple bakery locations.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operations and success of your bakery. Working closely with our Operations Manager and Bakery Manager, you'll lead, support and develop your Sales Team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve strong business results.

You'll be a hands-on leader who leads by example, maintains high standards and creates a positive, productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading, training and developing Sales Team Members to build a capable and motivated team.
- Driving sales performance and working towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining excellent customer service, merchandising and bakery presentation standards.
- Managing team performance, providing feedback and supporting ongoing development.
- Ensuring rosters, daily operations and staffing requirements are effectively managed.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming bakery environment.
- Supporting the overall profitability and success of your bakery.

What We're Looking For





- A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.
- A genuine passion for customer service and delivering outstanding results.
- The ability to motivate, develop and lead a team.
- A hands-on approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
- Flexibility and a willingness to lead by example.

Working Hours & Availability

This is a full-time management position requiring flexibility across a spread of operating hours, including early mornings, daytime shifts and store closing.

Availability to work weekends and public holidays is essential.

This position is not suitable for applicants seeking afternoon-only, weekend-only or restricted availability.
