Overnight Baker / Bakery Assistant

We’re looking for someone to join our weekend overnight crew at Jane’s Scrolls. You’ll help proof, bake, ice and decorate our scrolls, then pack each market’s order so it’s ready for the morning run. The role also includes general bakery prep and cleaning.
Weekend shifts
- Friday 10 pm to Saturday 6 am
- Saturday 10 pm to Sunday 6 am
Pay is approximately $35–$45 per hour, depending on the shift and applicable award penalties.
We’re after someone who shows up on time, enjoys hands-on work and can keep a steady pace with the team when there’s a deadline. Bakery, kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus, but you’re welcome to apply if you’re keen to learn.
