About the Role

We are currently seeking friendly, reliable and professional Telephone Market Research Interviewers to join our growing casual interviewing team.

Working from home, you will conduct telephone interviews with community members using our online survey platform. Interviews are research-focused only. This is not a sales role and there is no cold-call selling involved.

All training, systems and ongoing support are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for people seeking flexible casual work.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct telephone surveys with residents and community members
- Follow survey scripts and interviewing procedures accurately
- Record responses using our online survey platform
- Engage respondents in a professional, friendly and respectful manner
- Maintain high standards of data quality
- Meet project productivity and attendance requirements

Hours of Work





Work is offered on a casual, project-by-project basis and hours will vary according to client requirements.

Typical interviewing shifts are conducted during:

- 9:00am to 5:00pm (NSW time)
- 3:00pm to 8:30pm (NSW time)

Applicants should be available to work some or all of these periods.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Robust listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- The ability to work independently from home
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
- A quiet workspace, stable internet connection and a USB or noise-cancelling headset suitable for extended telephone conversations

Previous experience in customer service, call centres, market research, administration, community engagement, hospitality or retail is highly regarded but not essential.
