We have opportunities for Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers across a diverse range of pubs, bars and entertainment venues, including flagship locations such as Burleigh Town Hotel, The Cavill Hotel, Lulu’s Rooftop and North Byron Hotel.

What we’re looking for

- Previous supervisory, management or leadership experience within a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue
- Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
- The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs
- A hands-on leadership style and passion for great customer experiences
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other qualifications required for the role and location
