Component Industries is seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality output, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to production requirements.

- Monitor machine performance and ensure products meet quality standards.

- Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance.

- Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

- Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing is an advantage but not required.

- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.





- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
