Who we are:

We are an established metalwork and stainless steel fabrication business delivering commercial shopfitting and industrial projects.

What you will do:

- Prepare quotes from construction drawings and scopes, including materials and labour.
- Manage enquiries, emails, quote follow-ups, job scopes and invoicing information.
- Coordinate supplier pricing and purchasing; help forecast upcoming work.
- Compare estimated hours with actual job hours and build practical pricing templates over time.
- Assist with customer follow-ups and general office tasks.

What we need:

- Previous construction, shopfitting or fabrication estimating experience.
- Ability to read drawings, complete takeoffs and identify missing information.
- Be organised, confident with spreadsheets and able to manage work independently.
- Experience with job costing or project coordination an advantage.
