Qualified Certificate III Early Childhood Educator – Ryde, NSW

Ryde Early Learning Centre in Ryde, NSW, is seeking a passionate, reliable, and dedicated Certificate III Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our friendly team.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who enjoys working with young children, supporting their learning and development, and contributing to a positive, nurturing early learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging play-based experiences.

* Assisting with daily routines, transitions, and care needs.

* Creating a secure, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.

* Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.

* Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised learning environment.

* Working collaboratively with the team to support the daily operation of the centre.

About You:

* Hold a recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or an equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.

* Have a genuine passion for working with young children.

* Be reliable, responsible,



and enthusiastic about your role.

* Have a positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.

* Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Be comfortable assisting with both childcare duties and general cleaning tasks.

* Be committed to providing high-quality care and education in line with the National Quality Framework.
