We’re on the hunt for a passionate, hardworking and enthusiastic Artisan Baker or Apprentice Baker to join our growing team!

Our focus is predominantly on artisan bread baking, with an emphasis on traditional techniques, quality ingredients, sourdough and producing exceptional bread from scratch.

We’re a small, passionate business that takes our bread seriously — but definitely not ourselves!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ baking experience is highly regarded, but we’re also open to the right apprentice with a genuine passion for learning the craft.

Work ethic: Someone reliable, motivated and willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

Passion for quality: A genuine appreciation for artisan bread, traditional baking methods and exceptional ingredients.

Commitment: Someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail and wants to grow with our business.

Personality: A positive attitude,



a good sense of humour and the ability to work as part of a small, dedicated team.

THE ROLE

- Predominantly artisan sourdough and bread production
- Mixing, shaping, fermentation and baking
- Maintaining consistently high standards of quality
- Working collaboratively in a hands-on bakery environment
- Opportunities to develop skills, experiment and contribute to our growing range
