Casual Gutter Cleaning Technician – Gutter, Window & Pressure Washing

Are you physically fit, reliable and comfortable working outdoors? Do you have experience with gutter cleaning and working at heights?

CleanHelp Pty Ltd provides property maintenance services to elderly, disadvantaged and private residential clients. We are looking for a dependable and hardworking person to join our team, primarily carrying out gutter cleaning, with opportunities to learn and perform window cleaning and pressure washing.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be gutter cleaning at residential properties. Other duties will include:

- Gutter cleaning and removal of leaves, debris and blockages.
- Window cleaning, including external windows.
- Pressure washing of driveways, pathways and outdoor surfaces.
- General property maintenance duties as required.

You will generally work in a two-person team, travelling between client properties throughout the working day.

This is a physically demanding outdoor position involving work at heights, different roof configurations and the use of specialised equipment. It is not simply a basic ladder-cleaning job.

Skills & Requirements

- Previous gutter cleaning experience is essential.
- Must be confident and competent working at heights.
- Good understanding of working-at-heights safety and protected equipment use.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Valid manual driver's licence is essential.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively independently or in a team.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with clients.





Experience in window cleaning and pressure washing is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided to the right candidate.

Working at Heights training or certification is desirable. Further training may be provided where required, subject to the duties and applicable safety requirements.

Pay & Employment

- TFN Casual employment.
- Monday to Friday work, with hours depending on operational requirements.
- Gutter cleaning payment varies depending on the client and property type.
- Average village gutter cleaning rate: approximately $37.50.
- Private residential gutter cleaning rates can start from approximately $50.75.
- Payment arrangements and applicable rates will be explained during recruitment.
- Training opportunities in window cleaning and pressure washing.

- 100 points of identification.
- Relevant Working at Heights training or certification, if held.
