Female Support Worker Wanted – Active Overnight Shifts

We are currently looking for a caring, reliable and experienced female support worker to join our team.

The role involves providing overnight support to a participant, ensuring their safety, comfort and wellbeing throughout the shift.

Shift Details:

- Days: Monday to Wednesday.
- Shift options:
- 6:00pm – 12:00am
- 12:00am – 8:00am
- Active shifts – must remain awake and alert for the entire shift. No sleeping.

About the Role:

Duties will include:

- Providing personal care and daily living support.
- Assisting with PEG feeding.
- Monitoring the participant throughout the shift.
- Ensuring the participant is safe and comfortable at all times.
- Following the participant's care plan and support requirements.
- Reporting any changes or concerns.
- Maintaining a clean and safe setting.

Requirements:

- Female support worker.




- Previous disability support experience preferred.
- Experience with PEG feeding is highly regarded.
- Must be comfortable working active overnight shifts.
- Reliable, punctual and attentive.
- Good communication skills.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Relevant qualifications are preferred.
