We’re looking for a clean, rapid and reliable cook to join our busy food production kitchen. The daily production work is planned and organised .

Your role is to follow the production instructions, recipes and procedures provided, and carry out the assigned work quickly, accurately and to our quality, cleaning and food safety standards. Once shown the required method, you should be able to complete your assigned tasks independently and on time.

Duties:

- Following the daily production plan and instructions provided .
- Preparing and cooking food accurately according to our recipes, procedures and production standards.
- Completing assigned production tasks efficiently and on time, maintaining speed, precision and consistent quality during busy periods.
- Learning our working methods and consistently following them.
- Following our cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures, keeping your workstation, utensils and equipment clean and organised throughout the shift.
- Helping with packaging,



cleaning and other production duties as required.

About you:

- Previous experience working as a cook in a restaurant or production kitchen.
- Able to keep up with a busy production kitchen while working accurately and maintaining high standards.
- Able to listen carefully, follow instructions and apply the methods shown.
- Able to complete assigned tasks without constant supervision once trained in our procedures.
- Excellent standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual and attentive to detail.
- Available to commit for at least 6 months.

Hours:

- Casual position, Monday to Friday.
- Start at 7:00 am and finish around 3:00–4:00 pm, depending on production requirements.
