About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment that supports children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Promote children's rights, voices, agency and participation.
- Work collaboratively with our educators and leadership team to maintain high standards of education and care.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety, professional boundaries and safeguarding practices.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Holds a current, valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment.
- Understands their obligations under child protection legislation, mandatory reporting requirements and the NSW Child Safe Standards.
- Demonstrates a commitment to active supervision, risk awareness and safe practices.
- Understands the importance of professional boundaries, respectful relationships and responding appropriately to child safety concerns.
- Has a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF.
- Is positive, reflective, reliable and passionate about making a difference in children's lives.

- Competitive salary of $80,000–$95,000 + superannuation, dependent on qualifications and experience, subject to applicable minimum remuneration requirements.
