Disability Care Worker - Home Care - Casual Work

Job Location: GRETA and NEWCASTLE, NSW

Job Category:

- High personal care for a person with disability
- Caring for a person with spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury
- Medication management/ administration
- Light domestic duties
- Transport service

Must have:

- First Aid
- NDIS Worker Screening ID
- Cert III/IV in Disability, Individual Support or Assistant in Nursing
- Available most of the days and can start ASAP, willing to do sleepover shifts
- With experience assisting clients with complex needs - toileting support, manual handling, bed bath, dressing/grooming activities, domestic duties, meal preparation, transport service at times, wound management, skin checks, etc.
- Experience with urinary drainage system, enema, ceiling hoists, etc.
- Can work any time of the day - morning, afternoon, evening, and sleepover shifts

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $43.00 per hour
