Who will you be working with?

You will be joining an experienced SME broking team, working alongside established Account Executives and supporting them with their day-to-day client and account management responsibilities.
This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced brokers, build your technical knowledge and develop your career within general insurance.

What will you be doing?

- Supporting Account Executives with day-to-day broking duties
- Assisting with the administration and servicing of general insurance policies
- Supporting policy renewals and documentation
- Responding to client enquiries and assisting with account management
- Providing general administrative support across the wider broking team




- Developing your technical knowledge with the goal of managing your own portfolio

What do you need?

- Previous experience in general insurance broking or account support
- Exposure to SME insurance risks will be highly regarded
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Confident communication and client service skills
- A willingness to learn and develop within the broking industry
- Motivation to progress towards managing your own portfolio
