Prepare Project Control Group (PCG) reports, attend PCG meetings, and chair weekly project meetings as required
Lead RFP preparation, scope writing, tendering, contract negotiation, and contract administration across clients, consultants, and suppliers

Drive value engineering and buildability analysis, critically reviewing design and documentation to minimize risk and maximize outcomes
Maintain anticipated cost reports, cash flows, and accruals, ensuring timely invoice submission and client approvals on variations
Implement and uphold JLL's Health, Safety, and Environmental systems, ensuring a Safety and Environmental Plan is actively followed
Manage project close-out, including financial close-out and contractual documentation such as as-builts and client training

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:Required qualifications:
Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently across various stages of delivery
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project, along with cost reporting systems
Demonstrated ability to carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities
Understanding of the legal environment governing planning, commercial considerations, and delivery constraints for construction or fit-out projects
Working knowledge of compliance obligations under ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001, and relevant Environmental Health and Safety legislation
Familiarity with different project delivery methods, such as Project Management, Construction Management, Managing Contractor, and Lump Sum arrangements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and timely reporting
