We are a small, family-owned early learning company providing quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.

What will you be doing?

As a casual educator, you'll play an important role in supporting the daily operations of our centre and maintaining a positive, engaging environment for children.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children.
- Supporting children's play, learning and development.
- Assisting with the implementation of engaging indoor and outdoor experiences.
- Supporting daily routines, including mealtimes, nappy changes, sleep routines and hygiene.
- Creating safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environments.
- Working collaboratively with permanent educators and room teams.
- Following children's individual needs, routines and interests.
- Maintaining active supervision and ensuring children's health, safety and wellbeing.




- Following centre policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Being flexible, proactive and confident when moving between different rooms and age groups.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying towards a recognised qualification, where eligible).
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current Child Protection Training.
- Current Child Safety Training – Modules 1 and 2.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain, where applicable).
- Current Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
