About the role
We’re looking for a bubbly, creative Social Media Assistant to help bring our brand to life online and in store. You’ll be part of the team behind our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, planning and creating content that makes people stop scrolling, while also helping out on the shop floor.

What you’ll be doing

- Planning and creating content (reels, TikToks, photos, stories and more)
- Filming and appearing in videos for our social channels
- Helping plan and run campaigns across our platforms
- Spotting trends and coming up with fresh marketing ideas
- Working on the shop floor and serving customers
- Making balloon orders

What we’re looking for

- Confident using Instagram,



Facebook and TikTok
- A bubbly, fun and positive personality
- Comfortable talking on camera
- Friendly and confident with customers
- A creative eye and a love of what’s trending
- Reliable, organised and keen to learn

Bonus points if you have

- Experience with Meta Ads
- Balloon or retail experience

No experience needed! If you have the right attitude and a passion for social media, we’ll teach you the rest, including how to make balloon orders.
