Seeking enthusiastic and efficient barista to join our team in Parramatta.
Looking for a barista Monday through Friday (40 hours) for busy cafe doing approximately 5kgs coffee per day. Minimum 2 years' experience necessary. Must be people-oriented and able to self-manage. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- ensuring consistently high quality production and service of coffee and other assorted drinks
- using POS system to take orders for all food & beverages
- maintaining all equipment to the highest standard, including daily cleaning and weekly servicing of coffee machine, fridges and other equipment
- manage stock & inventory levels for beverages & packaging, including rotating ingredients to ensure freshness
- creating positive relationships with all customers and staff, helping to create a healthy workplace
Pay: $65,000.00 – $67,500.00 per year
