About Us

Budget Domes Australia supplies container dome shelters to businesses that need cover for their equipment, vehicles and materials. Our customers are small to medium businesses with a yard and nothing to keep their gear out of the weather. We're growing, and we want to build a strong sales team.

About the Role

You don't need years of sales experience. You need to be hungry, coachable and comfortable on the phone. I'll teach you how to sell, step by step.

How it works:

- Months 1 to 6: Phone sales. You'll be selling over the phone, following up with leads, closing deals and leading clients through to the sale, while building your own network of business contacts. This stage is commission-based.
- Months 7 to 8: Ride-along. Once you pass probation, you move into a junior field sales role. You'll spend two months on the road with me, observing and taking part in everything: site visits, quoting, negotiating and closing.




- Month 9: Going solo. You'll head out on your own with a clear target and KPIs to hit.
- 12 months and beyond: Leadership. The end goal is for you to lead the sales team and train recent reps underneath you.

This is a 6, 9, 12 month commitment and beyond. If you're looking for something short term, this isn't for you.

- Resilient, able to bounce back from a no and keep going
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Self-motivated and driven by results
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Current driver's licence (for the field stage)
- Sales, telemarketing or customer service experience is a bonus, not a must

Pay: $75,000.00 – $120,580.00 per year
