We are seeking reliable and experienced male Disability Support Workers to provide high-intensity, person-centred support to a participant on the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
- Deliver high-intensity support in accordance with the participant’s care plan and your training.
- Support community access and participation.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports.
- Communicate effectively with the participant, their support network and the wider team.

About You

- Experience providing high-intensity disability support.
- Relevant disability or individual support qualifications.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- A respectful, patient and dependable approach.
- Availability for shifts across a 24/7 roster.
