We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team in Launceston.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will support NDIS participants with their health and daily living needs, working closely with disability support workers, healthcare professionals and participants' families.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide secure and professional nursing care within your scope of practice and under appropriate Registered Nurse supervision.
- Assist with medication administration, monitoring and documentation.
- Support participants with complex health needs and daily living activities.
- Monitor participants' health and report any changes or concerns.
- Assist in implementing individual care plans, health management plans and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate progress notes, clinical records and incident reports.
- Provide guidance to disability support workers on safe care practices within your professional scope.
- Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators and healthcare professionals.
- Follow NDIS Practice Standards, infection prevention and workplace safety requirements.

Essential Requirements

- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent recognised qualification.




- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
- Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Tasmania) or willingness to obtain.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Commitment to person-centred disability support.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable Experience

- Previous experience in disability support or NDIS services.
- Experience supporting participants with complex health needs.
- Knowledge of medication management and clinical risk management.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
