Are you a compassionate, reliable and dedicated Enrolled Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives?

We are seeking a motivated and caring Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our growing community care team, providing quality nursing support to clients in their own homes and within the community.

About the Role

You will provide person-centred nursing care to clients, supporting their health, independence, dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care and support to clients in their homes.
- Monitor clients’ health and report changes in their condition.
- Assist with medication administration in accordance with your scope of practice.
- Undertake clinical observations and basic health assessments.
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions within your scope of practice.
- Support clients with chronic health conditions.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and support workers.
- Promote dignity, independence and respect in all aspects of care.
- Under take general community services as directed by the manage.

Essential Requirements





- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Certificate or Diploma in Nursing.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Current National Police Check.
- Disability screening clearance
- Blue card
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for community care and supporting vulnerable people.
